The Foodservice Industry Association – NSW is a non-profit organisation formed in 1985 primarily to conduct Hospitality and Catering Expos throughout regional NSW. The events provide an opportunity for members, and non-members, to promote their goods and services to all sectors of the foodservice industry.

By specialising in high value exhibitions for both participants and visitors alike, The FIA – NSW has established itself as the leader in the regional Expo/Trade Show field.
