The Foodservice Industry Association – NSW membership is made up of companies which operate state-wide, nationally and internationally.
The FIA is run by a volunteer committee representing member companies. As a non profit organisation the FIA is able to maximise benefits to members for the lowest possible cost.
In addition to the Expos/Trade Shows, other activities such as luncheon forums, presentations by industry leaders and special guest speakers are often held in conjunction with General Meetings.
The administration of the Association, organisation of Hospitality & Catering Expos and Trade Shows are managed by independent consultants reporting to the Association’s Executive Committee. This ensures a professional result and removes the time consuming day to day management from committee members.
