The Stand Fee includes floor space, tables (unless otherwise advised), chairs and access to power only. Display panels may be ordered if required and included with stand fee refer below. Tablecloths, power leads, power boards, special electrical connections are not included in the stand fee.
DISPLAY PANEL PACKAGES will be invoiced with the stand fee and include – Single stand – 3m across back + 1m out each side + 2 spot lights Double stand – 5m across back + 1m out each side + 2 spot lights If any additional items of hire equipment are required they should be hired direct with local company – details will be advised in Expo UPDATE closer to the event.
