The North Coast Foodservice Tradeshow returns to the Coffs Racing Club over 2 days - Tuesday 20th August 4pm to 7pm and Wednesday 21st August 2019 10am to 3pm.
This industry leading event is designed for every foodservice business operating in the North Coast. It’s the local foodservice community’s chance to see awesome Demonstrations, great Giveaways and money saving Special Offers on the day!

A Marketing Program to Saturate the Entire North Coast Foodservice Community.
The FIA has conducted an integrated and multi-channel digital marketing campaign to ensure that every Foodservice business in the North Coast region is saturated with information and messaging on the FIA Foodservice tradeshow.
A snapshot overview of some of the key campaign activities follows:
- Ongoing PR activities are developing opportunities with local news channels, government bodies and local influencer organisations.
- Ongoing Social Marketing programs targeting the local foodservice community via LinkedIn and - Facebook are driving engagement, registrations and further awareness (through shares and likes) of the tradeshow. This activity is being fuelled by extensive content marketing.
- Database Marketing is being utilised to constantly feed relevant information to the FIA end-user tradeshow database. Messaging is curated to account for industry segments and buyer profiles.
- A contact campaign to the FIA End User database is used to drive pre-registrations and reinforce the value of tradeshow attendance on a one-to-one basis.
- Local Distributors are promoting the tradeshow to their customer base by distributing tradeshow marketing materials. This significantly increases the reach of the tradeshow information and also aligns the value of the tradeshow with local trusted influencers (i.e. the distributor businesses).
- The marketing activities – both online & offline – geographically target entire North Coast and surrounding inland areas. Targeting is further focused on areas with a high concentration of foodservice businesses to ensure the highest quality catchment area for tradeshow visitors.
- Digital MREC advertising is being used in the lead up period to the tradeshow to drive awareness and click through registrations.
- An extensive Tradeshow Product Brochure is distributed to end-users in the lead up to the tradeshow to increase engagement with the targeted audience. This brochure features all tradeshow exhibitors highlighting their products, specials and deals only available at the tradeshow.
- A DL invite (with a high impact energetic design) is distributed directly to thousands of businesses in the tradeshow visitor catchment area. This material is also distributed via - - - - -Foodservice tradeshow wholesaler partners and tradeshow exhibitor businesses.
